Before you enrol

01How is the programme delivered?

In person. Every programme is instructor-led classroom training — there is no online portal and nothing is self-paced. Course materials are emailed to you; the sessions themselves you attend in person.

02Is placement guaranteed?

No. We provide placement assistance — resume building, interview mastery, employer networking and referral support — through our corporate and startup partner network. We do not guarantee employment, and you should treat any provider that does with caution.

03When does my course start?

Your start date is agreed with you, not fixed in advance. We contact you within 24–48 hours of payment to confirm your schedule and venue, so there is no batch to wait for. Course materials are emailed to the address you register at checkout.

04Where are the sessions held?

Your venue is confirmed when we schedule you. Individual enrolments usually train at our Whitefield, Bengaluru centre; cohorts enrolled through a college are normally taught on their own campus.

05Can I get a refund?

All fees are non-refundable once your enrolment is confirmed. There is no cooling-off period and no free-cancellation window. If you are genuinely prevented from continuing by documented extenuating circumstances — serious illness, hospitalisation or bereavement — we may transfer your enrolment to the next cohort instead. A refund is made only where we cancel a programme outright and offer no alternative you accept, or where a payment was duplicated or taken in error.

06Is GST included in the price?

GST at 18% applies to every programme. Whichever figure the price list leads with, the payable total is spelled out in full before you pay and is exactly what is charged — nothing is added after that. Our GSTIN is 29AALCB8059L1ZW, registered to Brand Vantage Marketing Private Limited.

07Who can enrol?

Students of our partner colleges, across degree, engineering, MBA/MCA, pharmacy, medical and allied health streams. Enrolment needs the college code your institution issues — ask your placement officer or department if you do not have it. Working professionals enrol through our corporate training programmes.
