Nine courses covering how an organisation is actually run — strategy, operations, projects, people, customers and sales. They suit management and commerce students who understand business in theory and need to show an employer they can apply it to a real situation with incomplete information and a deadline.

Consulting is a structured way of thinking before it is a career. Students learn to break an ambiguous problem into answerable parts, gather evidence, build a defensible recommendation and present it under challenge — skills that convert directly into consulting, strategy, product and any role where somebody senior asks a hard question.

Building something, tested against reality rather than a business plan competition. Customer discovery, validation, the first version, early revenue, and the funding landscape as it is in India — including honest treatment of why most ventures fail and how a founder decides to stop.

Product management is one of the most sought-after early-career paths and one of the hardest to enter without evidence. This course builds that evidence: discovery, prioritisation, specification, working with engineering and design, launching, and measuring whether it worked.

Delivering work on time with people who do not report to you. Covers both traditional and agile approaches, the planning and tracking mechanics, and the parts that decide whether a project succeeds — stakeholders, risk and the conversation about the slipping deadline.

Manufacturing hiring intent stands at 89% and e-commerce at 93%; both run on operations people. This course covers process design, inventory, procurement, warehousing, transport and the analytics underneath — including the last-mile and quick-commerce realities specific to the Indian market.

Selling is the most transferable commercial skill and the most reliably available entry role in India. This course covers the full cycle — prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposal, objection, close and account growth — for both B2B and B2C, with the CRM discipline and metrics that turn activity into a pipeline.

Retail and e-commerce lead current fresher hiring, and both are service businesses. This course covers service design, support operations, complaint recovery, experience measurement and the AI-assisted service stack — for students entering the largest and most under-taught entry-level category in the country.

HR as it is practised, not as it is described in a textbook — hiring, onboarding, performance, compensation, employee relations and the Indian statutory framework, plus the analytics and AI tooling that now sit under all of it. Includes the recruitment skills that make HR one of the most accessible entry paths for any graduate.
