04Who we share your data with

We share only what is needed, with service providers who process it for us:

  • Razorpay: to process payments and refunds.
  • HighLevel: our customer management and messaging platform, for automation and email delivery.
  • Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook): to send and receive messages.
  • Our file-delivery and hosting providers: to create your invoice and personalised copy, and to store and deliver them.
  • Our accountants and tax authorities: to keep accounts, file GST returns and meet legal requirements.

Some of these providers store data outside India. We use providers that protect data appropriately, and we do not transfer data to any country restricted by the Government of India. We do not sell your personal data.

Only an adult may place an order. A parent or legal guardian may buy for an under-18 student. In that case we collect the student's name only to personalise and license the toolkit; all payment, delivery and support communications go to the adult buyer. If you believe a student's name was provided without proper authority, contact us and we will investigate and delete it where we are permitted to do so.

08Security

We use reasonable security measures, including personal download links with limits, private file storage and restricted staff access. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
