01Who we are

Brand Vantage Academy is a brand of Brand Vantage Marketing Private Limited ("BVMPL", "we", "us"), a company registered in India, with its registered office at 11th Floor, Gamma Block, Sigma Soft Tech Park, Ramagondanahalli, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066, India. 02What you are buying

Our toolkits are digital workbooks in PDF format. The products and prices are listed on our Pricing page. All prices include 18% GST. If you own one toolkit, we may offer you the other two at an upgrade price; an upgrade is a separate order under these terms. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no delivery charges. Your bank or payment app may charge its own fees, which we do not control.

03What the toolkits are, and are not

The toolkits are practical preparation resources.

They are not an accredited qualification, certificate or course of study.

They do not guarantee an interview, internship, job, placement or any particular result. Your results depend on your own effort, your circumstances and the job market.

04Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to place an order. You may buy for yourself or for a named student. If the student is under 18, the buyer must be the student's parent or legal guardian and must accept these terms on the student's behalf. The buyer is responsible for the payment, invoice and order communications. The named student is the licensed user of the toolkit.

05Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your order is confirmed only when Razorpay confirms your payment.

06Delivery and invoice

We deliver your toolkit digitally to the buyer's email address given at checkout, as described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. The GST tax invoice is issued in the buyer's name and sent to the same email address.

07Your licence to use the toolkits

When you buy a toolkit, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own job preparation.

You may:

• (a)read it on your own devices;
• (b)fill in the worksheets and print copies for your own use;
• (c)use the Word resume template to create your own resume.

You may not:

• (a)share, forward, upload, sell or give the toolkit, or your download link, to anyone else, including in WhatsApp or Telegram groups, on websites or on file-sharing services;
• (b)remove, hide or change the name, mobile number or order number printed on your copy;
• (c)copy the content into another product, course or document for other people.

Every copy is personalised with the licensed user's name, the buyer's mobile number and the order number on every inner page; the cover remains unmarked. If a buyer purchases for a named student, the buyer may give the files only to that student. No one else may receive or use them. If we find that a copy has been shared more widely, we may switch off the download link and cancel the licence without a refund, and we may take other action available to us under law.

08Ownership

All content, design and branding in the toolkits belong to BVMPL and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a toolkit gives you a licence to use it; it does not transfer ownership to you.

09Third-party apps and websites

The toolkits mention apps and websites run by other companies, such as AI assistants and job portals. We do not own or control them. Their features, prices and terms can change, and you use them under their own terms. Never share passwords, OTPs, ID numbers or bank details with any app or person.

10Accuracy and updates

We work to keep our content accurate and current. Job-market practices, app features and websites change over time, so some details may become out of date. We may update the toolkits from time to time.

11Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

12Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a toolkit is limited to the amount you paid for that toolkit. We are not responsible for losses caused by decisions you make based on the toolkit, or by third-party apps or websites. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13Complaints

If you have a problem, please contact us first using the details on our Contact Us page. Our Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
