01How you receive your toolkit

1. 1.When your payment is confirmed, we send the personal download link to the buyer's email address given at checkout.
2. 2.Open the link on your phone or computer. The link is personal to you, so please do not forward it.
3. 3.Download the personalised PDF. Every inner page shows the licensed user's name, the buyer's mobile number and the order number; the cover remains unmarked.
4. 4.If you bought the Resume (CV) & LinkedIn Toolkit or the Complete Job Ready Bundle, you also receive the Word resume template.
5. 5.Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) so the answers you type are saved.

Your GST tax invoice is issued using the buyer and billing details entered at checkout and sent to the buyer's email address.

02How long it takes

Delivery usually takes up to 15 minutes after a successful payment. Occasionally it can take up to 24 hours, for example if the payment confirmation from your bank is delayed. If you have not received your link within 24 hours, please contact us.

03Your download link

• (a)Your link works for 30 days after purchase. Each file in your order can be downloaded up to 3 times.
• (b)If you need a new link after that, contact us and we will reissue it to you, the original buyer.
• (c)Save the PDF to your phone or computer after downloading so you can use it offline.

04Please check your details

We can only deliver to the buyer's email address entered at checkout. Please check it is correct, and look in your spam or promotions folder if the email has not arrived. If anything is wrong, contact us as soon as possible.

05Where we deliver

We sell to customers in India. Delivery is digital and available anywhere with internet access.
